We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team at our center/clinic based in our Madrid´s Head Office. The purpose of the Spanish marketing function is to achieve the Spanish business objectives by improving overall brand awareness with both the general public and the oncology community and driving patient and doctor referrals through highly commercial attributable campaigns.  To do this we will utilize key marketing channels and activities including content development, digital & off-line marketing, communications, amongst others. The primary purpose of this role is as the day-to-day in-market lead for the Spanish marketing resource enabling us to strengthen and develop GenesisCare´s presence across Spain through the delivery of the marketing strategy.

As the Marketing Manager, you report directly to the Head of Marketing, Europe. You will have a close working relationship with the Commercial team in Spain, working collaboratively to achieve the Spanish business objectives whilst understanding the international goals.



  • Contributing to the development of the Spanish marketing strategy plus delivery at all levels: content, communication, online marketing, and offline marketing.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Spanish oncology healthcare industry to drive the marketing strategy empirically: analytics, SEO, SEM, Social Media, email campaigns, and ads strategies to drive online traffic and acquisition.
  • Developing brand and tumour specific content that will elevate GenesisCare’s reputation with healthcare providers and patients.
  • Establish GenesisCare as a thought leader in Spanish oncology through compelling communications.
  • Align with management team on defining and measuring success: set and analyze KPIs and long-term goals.
  • Performance management and feedback: follow team’s progression by organizing huddles or 1:1s.
  • Budget management, maximization, and optimization of results.
  • Collaborate with different management levels and stakeholders. Gather knowledge to deliver actions for the short, medium, and long term, not only for external but for internal audiences.
  • Develop marketing plans to deliver key brand messages for all audiences (clinics, patients, cancer charities, etc): events identification and organization, liaise with media agencies, determine potential partnerships (hospitals, insurance companies, etc).
  • Translate data into decisions through our CRM (digital engagement, brand campaigns and improving user experience).



 - Qualifications and Knowledge

  • Solid previous experience in relevant roles: 4 – 8 years (B2B and/or B2C)
  • Degree in Marketing, Journalism or equivalent
  • Master´s degree would be a plus
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing sector
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with modern marketing tools (Google Toolkit, Social Media, and WordPress)

  • Experience in working within a global organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Organization and multitasking skills for prioritizing your workflow.
  • People and project-management skills: ethic leadership is essential to oversee, drive and support your team
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and to coach your team when necessary
  • Ability to work in an open-minded and fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the private healthcare market is desirable but not essential.
  • Driven for results. Analytical mindset with great attention to detail and decision-making skills are critical as you will need to interpret data to design action plans.
  • Ability to effectively work from home is required
